I posted a wallpaper yet it never shows up under the wallpaper section. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/wallpapers/47243/
Due to not being of the quality of wallpapers that we -try- to keep it was voted to only go to your personal gallery.
This is not ment as a kick in your face.
It's not the end of the world. (Though some see it that way...)
Keep making wallpapers, and you will succeed!
Wallpapers are moderated and not all Walls make it to the Gallery. Your upload is in your Personal Page.
You are not alone. - https://forums.wincustomize.com/150760
oh ok I thought there was a post problem...since it's won't be seen I might as well delete it
So "bad quality" wallpapers do not make it to the actual gallery? Or wallpapers that are just voted to go to the personal gallery?
Don't delete it. Do as I do. Put a link to your personal gallery in all your uploads. That way, people who like your work can visit your gallery and grab walls that didn't make it to the public gallery.
I'm sure not everyone likes Picasso but his work is still there for those who do.
Wallpapers that aren't deemed high enough quality (for various reasons) go to your personal gallery. We all have them. Sometimes they rate low quality for reasons like, they may be too busy for useability. Maybe a tad blurry, if it's a photograph. I think 3 mods vote on each wall. I have personal page only walls, and I'm a master. So don't be discouraged. It happens to all of us.

Yeah, I just thought that my very recently uploaded wallpaper was one of my better ones yet it didn't even get accepted to the public gallery.
Oh well.
And reading those uploading guidelines, I guess my wallpaper had too distracting colors, but not even getting it accepted to the public gallery feels kind of absurd since I'd say it's really top quality besides that and works great as a wallpaper. And it also feels kind of limiting in what kind of wallpapers you can make.
BUT, no worries, I have many other projects in the making that hopefully will get accepted
Your Solstice wallpapers are some of my favorites in our 'fine' wallpaper gallery.Definite master quality, imo.
How's this for my latest and greatest. Its called Polar Bear in a Snowstorm. You like?
Nah, I don't like... it's too busy and I find the colours distracting. Do away with either the black or the white and you might have something.
Oh boogers!
Well ... back to the crayon boards. lol
Maybe you should try posting it here:

I've seen a few there that are not that far off from yours.
yeah I know what you mean I uploaded many wallpapers and only to find them gone to my personal gallery, just like this one, don't take them down cos of low ratings I know you may feel like it but please don't . think of it as an incentive to keep going, and you will get there in the end. I know I have felt many a time of just giving up and not doing anymore, but its the satisfaction of seeing a finished project up on a sight and other peoples kind words of what they think of it, that keeps me going. please feel free to see my works click this link and you will see what I mean. I know I have been down hearted meany a time and even to the point that who ever voted had something against me or they had their favorite people's works things like that. anyway after talking to people they told me the same as what has been said to you.
Now there's an idea for that pure whit background..... a booger collage... and unlike crayons, they're free.
......for the picking.
And like apples, once they're picked they can't be unpicked.
How do you 'unpick' a booger? Eewww ... gross!
Dunno, I figured it was eewwww to pick them in the first place... a bit like scratching yer arse in public
TMI
So, I take it you don't wanna hear about the claw-happy squirrel... who was scratching his nuts in the park?
Only if he hollers because he scratched the wrong one.
Just wondering... how did a discussion about wallpapers devolve into boogers and scratching one's nuts/arse?
I think you just hit the nail right on the head.
We're incorrigible, aren't we?
