[EDIT]
Apparently something was screwed up. A reboot fixed this last problem.

For what its worth, my old 4870x2 ran everything fine. I put in a new 7970 last night and now I have the above glitches. If you need any more info let me know.
I don't yet have a beta of FE, but this behavior is similar to a bug I encountered with WOM.
On my end anyways, it seems to be a problem with Adaptive Multi-Sample anti-aliasing as specified in the ATI Catalyst. I got rid of it by changing the anti-aliasing mode in the Catalyst control panel [you're running ATI, right?] and setting the Anti-Aliasing mode slider to "Performance", which should set it to plain old MSAA.
I did a bunch of testing earlier and determined that the only AA method that does not function properly with AMD cards is Adaptive MSAA. It would be nice if this could be fixed since it apparently has existed since WOM(Thanks Gonzo).
