Windows will not Maximize fully

Hello, I'm running Stardock Objectdock free. The problem I'm having is that the area that the dock is taking up will not let a maximized window go overtop/under it. The window stops right at the edge of the dock. I want the window to be able to go under the dock.

Disable the "reserve edge" option.
