Hi,
Having suffered from a severe computer crash, I had to reinstall GalCivII Gold, TA and Impulse from scratch.
The problem is: Impulse does not recognize my registration key for GalCiv II and Dark Avatar -as there is no GalCivII Gold game to register on impulse.
Any idea on what's going on? I would like to reinstall the games I paid for...

Our workload has been significantly higher lately, so response times have unfortunately suffered. We'll get to you as soon as humanly possible, I promise!
As a general note, try to avoid sending in multiple emails until you get a non-auto-response, as this will reset your ticket in line.
Well, no critics intended actually, I was quite worried and unused to Stardock support, wondering what are the usual waiting times. Same for multiple tickets, as I was familiarizing myself with Stardock Support.
Back to topic: my issue is now solved, thanks a lot to you all.
