Finally neither of the Russian revolutions were caused by the "people" the first was basically the government of Russia getting rid of the monarch and the second by a small group of revolutionaries who got very lucky with international backing (Germany) and a cause. I will admit the second was "for" the people but not by the people and the first had no intention of improving life for the Russian people they were just interested in suing for peace. Which they did and this would have been at a huge cost to the Russian people had the war not been won by the Triple entente powers and America.
If this is a joke, it completely escapes me. And I have a wierd sense of humor.

It's not as if the movie even makes an attempt at being accurate. The Tsars were expelled from their palace and placed under house arrest long before their massacre at the hands of their captors. They weren't even in the same city, let alone the imperial palace. It's just entertainment.

Pretty much old news. Disney movies always had this "blurred" vision towards monarchy and thats far from the worst fact about disney you can dig out.
Most of the country has a fetish for royalty, not surprising. Sheeple are a lot like cows, the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.

Although there's also the fact that from a plot perspective, Monarchies are relatively simple to change leadership in (now, they can become complicated, but that's sort of optional). In an ideal situation you just need to get the girl, while in a democracy you need to get a lot of people to vote for you, and in your average totalitarian state you have to win over the military, a considerable segment of the population, foreign backers, and the secret police before you can even start to think about making the current guy die of a mysterious illness.
The joke is that I used hyperbole and ridiculous phrasing to over analyze a children’s animated musical from over a decade ago. This is what the kids today might refer to as “so totally random”, only the difference is I put in an actual effort to be funny.

3 russia was a wreck after and during the revolution. its a civil war in a reforming country. what do you want? roses and cake?
4 holding grand partys and "displaying" their wealth was tradition. they had no choice. historicaly Nicholas and alexandra disliked the festivities, unnesesary splendors, the wealth that the family was suppose to show.
5 yes there were grand partys thrown during the war.... its new years.....!!!!!!!! and yes the princess would get a jewlery box made of presuse metals and stones. she is ROMANOV. (traditionaly they got faberge eggs.) will you give the queen a piece of paper for christmas saying "op sorry this should be enough for you."
6 yes there was classism in the palace. dimitri was a kitchen boy. (historically a kitchen boy was the las servant to leave the royal family before they and 3 of their servants were executed). would you not tell a line cook or a dish washer to go back to the kitchen if you found them in the ceo's office?

8 before the revolution russia did have the money. they were at their height right before the revolution. great agriculture , industrial strength, and status. now the revolution did last for many years under the tzars rule. Nicholases grand father Alexander II was bombed by revolutionaries and died hours after causing Alexander III to be exeptionaly brutal to said revolutionaries. but Unfortunatly Nicholas did not inherit his fathers brutality (refusing to execute anyone. no exemptions) which was a great cause of his downfall. also not wanting to be tzar in the first place.
9 and lastly. the royal family did not use their wealth. they paid the servants out of their own pocket. nicholas had one set of military closes that he wore and patched himself. hey did not eat fancy meals. porridge, hot water, and black bread. the princeses spent most of their time as first aid nurses. and shaved their heads because of a vitamin deficincy that some of the sisters had.

It's a joke. It's called cartoon overanalyzation and was a pretty big craze around the image boards some time ago with several notable examples including: Pokemon (how Ash is actually in a coma and each character is a part of his personality and it is all a big coma dream.) Rugrats (all the kids are dead and have been imagined up by Tommy) Ed Edd n Eddy (everyone in the show is dead and the neighborhood is some kind of spirit plane where they all exist.)
