16. Although my friend Simon claims I talk like I'm 45...
I don't know if this is a rude question to even ask on the internet? But seriously, I am 19.
Just turn 42 one month ago today.
Ha! nice Bison!
I'm 27ish...
hey bison, how come you have such a small candle problem. we had to scale it back to ONE candle per ten years and still get a similar problem, if we try the 1 candle per year it would take TWO cakes to hold the candles and both cakes would look like yours, and I am only 47 & 1/12th

Didn't you used to be Zellio? Yes of course you were, member number 2,751,775.
Not that it matters one way or another, I've known some people that changed their nicknames more often than their underwear, remember Drengin?
Anyway I just happened to notice your reply in the previous incarnation of this thread where you used the identical response on page 12 of https://forums.galciv2.com/117380.
Going through that thread brought back some memories of folks long past whose absence greatly diminishes these forums. Folks far too numerous to mention but missed nonetheless.
Anyway I'm 58 and ready to retire.
Hi, I am Denial from USA and i am 30 years old.
so you deny that you are 30, is that correct?
I went back and looked through the thread mumble linked. Doesn't seem so long ago, but i was 34 in that one. Now 38 and still occasionally kicking around the GC2 forums. Was hoping by now to be kicking around the GC3 forums
27, going on 28 in 6 weeks.
I accept Money orders by the way.
Like Bison and Thoumsin I am 42.
Looking at the age of some others, I feel kinda old. But Mumblefratz (and especially the Dark Knight) help me feel like I am not so old.
I'm 32. My body feels more like 60, but I'm an 8 year old kid at heart. I don't wanna grow up!!!
34. With a growing patch of grey hair. And memory going. I'm 34. With a growing patch of grey hair. And memory going ...

Age can and is a matter of how do you think at Me 20 age 47
Gah! I didn't get to that old thread 'til late December and my birthday hasn't happened yet this year, but it's close enough to four frakkin' years for a 45-year-old.
I'm with Mumble in having come to miss some forum folks, even before I shifted to spending most of my time over at Elemental. Those boards are coming up on their 2nd year of operation and there are already some very interesting voices that have left the scene.
My least favorite thing about aging: other people's mortality, both physical and virtual. (Mind you, the lack of adolescent physical rebound powers is a photo-finish second. Youth isn't wasted on the young, but you can't fully appreciate the bodily aspects until they start fading.)
Not happening fast enough I see.
I am 12,681 days old or 304,342 hours old (give or take a few hours)

You remind me of an old, under-appreciated Joan Vinge novel, The Outcasts of Heaven Belt. It was mostly set in an asteroid-based culture where time was measured in seconds with metric prefixes. How old are you in kiloseconds?
What I do find amusing is that a thirty something year old can be so assured of their financial future that they can spout the right wing drivel that you do. However to be able to do so you must already have a fully funded trust fund. How else can you be so assured that you won't end up eating cat food? But then there are no shortage of folks that are stupid enough to cut off their own nose just to spite their face.
