Hi everyone, i've just bought a shiny new Windows 7 computer with a GTX 480 graphics card.
I've just loaded up my copy of Sins, but the planets and ships are partially see-through and look like they're made up of triangles. Does anyone know how to fix it?
I've only got the original Sins (With all patches installed) and i've got the latest drivers installed already and I tried changing the graphics settings in the game. It didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.
oh that looks bad alright
looking at the ruf edges, i'd say its an anti aliasing problemthere should be an "Video" tab, with Anti Aliasing settings, try all of the settings, see if the problem persists
im not so familiar with GPU models, i take it your talking about the NVidia Geforce GTX 480?are the drivers up-to-date? (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us)does it have a control center? "NVidia Control Center" (it might be trying to force high or low settings on the game)
hope this helps a bit
I cut all of the options off the side of the pic so the image would fit on the forums lol.
Yes I have the Nvidia Geforce GTX 480, and I already have the latest drivers. I'll look into the anti-aliasing though and report back. Thanks for the tip.
I shut all of the anti-aliasing options off, and the graphics are fine now. No more triangles!
Thanks for your help, shadow, +1 Karma for you!
