game will not continue after turn 759?

So i have been playing the game. installed he patch. Game plays fine.. Then at turn 759 game will not continue. If I press the end turn button nothing happens, I can not move, I can not train, I can not build. The game is still running just I can not do anything??

I am running a Windows 7, 64 bit machine.

It sounds to me like an AI got glitched up in some kinda infinite loop or a memory leak.
