I purchased the program after the trial period ended, but now it doesn't work. Does anyone know why?

You still have the shareware version installed.........UNINSTALL it, download Impulse and follow the instructions to install the version you bought through Impulse.
The info you have posted is for the shareware version, you must uninstall this version before installing the full purchased version. The shareware cannot just be upgraded.
You probably didn't uninstall the demo through Impulse. I suggest you uninstall using Impulse...both the demo and the WB you purchased. Then run CCleaner and make sure the registry is cleaned of any traces. Reboot, reinstall and then reboot again. Should work.
There is no need to run CCleaner.
Uninstalling the trial and rebooting before installing the full version is sufficient.
^That's good news. Now I just have to figure out how to get Impulse to update itself.
