I'm working on a mod that use a shorter weapon arc system and a very slow movement spedd for starship, to make a more realistic gameplay and more tactical the movement of fleets.
Anyone knows were i can find the line about the weapon arc system?

Their isn't any.
Standar weapons can be given only the following firering arcs: 360, Forward, Left, Right, Rear.
Abilaties have only the 360 and forward firering arcs.
Maybe in SINS2 it will be possible to ahve firering arcs on idividual turrets and weapon system but it is not possible in the current game.
So, as i undrstood, is impossible to mod, for example, the front firearc in the way each spaceship is able to fire only in the front direction ( without any sort of impossible angle as Kol everytime does ) ?
The firing arcs in sins are hardcoded. You can not change them. You only have Forward, Back left, and Right. Each arc covers 180 degrees side to side, top, and bottom. For sins ships its not much of an issue, because they are intended to have 360 degree coverage, or forward firing only. However for mods it becomes problematic, because some ships may need restricted arcs so as weapons do not fire through the ships own hull. There you will need some improvisation.
This sounds very interesting, si if i mod the ( for example ) Kol hull in the way the the laser emitters are surrounded by the hull, the laser line can go only forward?

What i meant by improvisation is placement of weapon points on a model to limit as much as possible instances of weapons fire through the firing ships own hull. For star trek ships that is very difficult to do. So for some ships we left out points because they would fire through the engines or saucer, but compensated by increasing damage on other points.
