In one of my game in MP, I was beatened back to an obscured asteroid base and my teammates managed to divert them from killing the asteroid. With just a few ships, I attempted to disrupt his trade profits by sending them to a heavy traffic trade route and destroy the the trade ships. It gets hard to sludge through click each and every trade ship in order to keep the ships attacking them instead of targeting the structures. I suggest a button that makes the ships selected only target the trade ships and ignore everything else.
It would be nice if you could set a target preference for a ship or group of ships.

2. Structures
3. Planet (if possible)
4. Trade ships

I'd like to see something similar in the form of a switch you could flip for repair bays/structures so that they'll repair civilian ships within their ability radius. This would help keep construction frigates from dying in combat and give trade ships that little extra bit of strength to last through dangerous trade routes.
Perhaps have three settings for the function; A. Repair fleet and structures only, B. Repair constructors, fleet, and structures only (To keep your repair bays from wasting antimatter on trade ships during a battle), and C. Repair all.
can we add fighter auto attacking enemy fighters instead of enemy bombers?
