I was moving my sovreign around the map, combine him with leather killers, entered a city later and my sovreign turned to level one, and when i clicked the sovriegn button it took me to the city he was last in but he wasn't not showing up, just 2 leather killers, i had one in the city already so i am assuming he just dissappeared.
I think it has been replaced by a leather killer

I've seen this too. Remove your leather killers from the city and the sovereign will be in the stack. Somehow the units aren't being destacked when entering the city. You can also do this with other units as well (e.g. stack a scout and a guard and move them to a city; one or the other will disappear).
