Attempting to update to the new DG patch out today and Impulse is having issues with the update. The update starts fine but then get's to 8.8% and fails with the message of "unknown error".
sometimes it retries a few times but in the end just pauses the update. I cannot resume the update and if i cancel and restart it i start this whole cycle again.
I have varified my DG instalation and reset the Impulse data...twice, all to no avail.
I have fired off a support email but i'd like to hear if this is widespread or my own lissue.

Sorry about that... we had to have some exterminators come out here to clear that up. Management always says not to feed Gizmo after midnight and don't get Gizmo wet... but everytime we have a new guy start, they just can't resist, and BAM! Gremlins everywhere!
Seriously, it's hard to resist giving that cute little fella a bath.
