I'm in the military and I'm stuck on base all day, can't wait to get in the beta when beta 3 is released. I use to be a Battle For Middle Earth Modder so this I can't wait to get in on this!
The game is in Beta 2A for those of you who do not know, I couldn't find out where to know which beta it was until I found out how to DL it.
So is there any word on when beta3 is looking to come out?

Is there anything we need to do to make us eligible for beta when it comes out?
Also, while I pre-ordered the game, it does not appear in the Impulse cart. Is that normal behavior?
Sorry for the dumb questions... I am a fan of the Civ series, Dominion: The Awakening, Solium Infernum and Sins of a Solar Empire who would like to participate to the Elemental community.

From what is known, Beta 3 should start this week (probably tomorrow)Each time a new beta phase like this one starts, there is a time window of a few days where *anybody* who preordered the game can join the beta.So if you preorder the game now, you should be able to download the beta once beta 3 is released.Procedure: - preorder the game- once beta 3 starts, you will receive an e-mail with a serial for elemental- install Impulse, and register the game using this serial- make sur that the "show pre-release/beta versions" is checked in your Impulse configuration, this should display Elemental in the "My Games" tab- select Elemental, install and beta-test
Note that tactical battles will not be in beta 3, but in beta 3a (probably in 1 week or 2)
When does the Beta 3 stop accepting new people (ie. do you have to have already pre-ordered before Beta 3 starts)? And is there one more beta entrance opportunity for Beta 4, or is Beta 3 the last entrance opportunity?

Usually the window goes for about a week after the new beta launches. I would assume beta 4 will let people in as well, but can't say for sure.
Preordered a day too late to get into Beta 2, cannot wait for 3 to start. Hopefully tomorrow?

I was wondering when the next beta will be out? I'm unable to load saved games and thus can not progress too far. (Not complaining, just eager! )
the trend is for a Thursday release (although that does not mean every week and at least once since i have been following it it got pushed to Friday)

My game crashes when I clik New Game so you are miles ahead of me atleast. I havent played any of the last three betas
Huh. Alright, thanks for the info. Indeed I hope so too. As I said to someone earlier, inspite of it still being in beta and my difficulties with playing it, E:WoM is obviously going to be so addicting its a little disturbing.
how can we get into the beta???
You need to pre-order and you'll get in next time it opens. I'm assuming they're still opening it at times but you may want to check as I can't be sure.
It should currently still be open, but don't know for how long.

This game is the true successor to Master of Magic, can't wait for it to be completed.
