Stardock and impulse are f@#cking me over, and i want to contact them so i can actually play the game online. However i was unable to find anything on this website that gave contact lists, any help?

What exactly is your problem? Maybe some of the folks here on the forum can help.
Does it work in single player? Are you getting some sort of a version mismatch error when you try to logon to Ironclad Online? If so, make sure you have the latest version of the game. To do that, you need to download Impulse and register your game's CD key with it. The most recent version of regular Sins is v1.17 or 1.18 (I think) and for Entrenchment it's v1.03.
