Bill Gates has put Richard Feynman's physics lectures videos online, at his own expense! Interview with Bill Gates here: http://news.cnet.com/8301-13860_3-10286732-56.html And you can find the online Feynman Lectures videos here: http://research.microsoft.com/apps/tools/tuva/index.html With an extended video interview with Bill Gates as well.
Bill Gates, Kudos!
During my study of astronomy in college with my professor Craig Wheeler the old head of the american astronomical society, physics was always the thing that astounded me the most. It's amazing how little we understand about the unverse from that perspective, yet it is key to everything we do. The really fascinating thing about it is, it's nearly impossable to have a conversation about it because no one I know has a remote idea of what im talking about.
+1 nice find.
I have to say even after watching the 1st of the 7 vids, I found it very interesting, even people with limited physics knowledge could watch it and probably understand most of it. Probably one of the best Microsoft web freebie
