Name of Demigod: Xolotl or The Guardian
Type of Demigod: Assassin
General description: I had an idea for an Egyptian assasin demigod.. one with a dog head; black skin, broad shoulders, 2nd tallest demigod(but not wide like the rook), and very muscular. He would weild a very long spear. There would be a chain that is attached to the wrist of the demigod.. to the end of the spear ( to pull enemys back to him).
His base range would be the same as regulus, he would be average speed, and somewhat low auto attack dmg, but fastest attack speed.The guardian is intended to be played by frontloading as much +dmg as you can to increase Throw's damage mulitplyer, while staying alive with life leach, and outreaching regulus's farthest range, yet being naturally slower.
Abilities:
1st<>Throw- Does 4x melee damage and counts as physical dmg, can be reduced by armor. Final rank of throw steals 10% of enemys mana and returns it to you. (might recieve benefits of life steal)
2nd<>(passive)- Adds life steal and +health per second
3rd<>(passive)- Adds physical dmg to auto attack, and rank 3 makes throw ignore amor
4th<> Grapple (lvl5)- ability that brings enemys back to you. ( its own ability now , not tied with throw )
5th<> Sand Wall - Cast a sheild on yourself or others that reflects dmg back on the attacker (including abilities, auto dmg, and mines)
6th<> passive ability- adds to melee and throw range
7th<>Scarabs- Infests an area with scarabs untill a demigod enters the area(like mines). When scarabs are removed via debuff or their time runs out, Xolotl (Guardian) receives (not determined yet)% of the dmg that was done in health.
8th<>Summon- summon an ally to you that is over 50% health, can be attained at lvl 7.
(wanted to add invisability, but i doubt the engine supports that, would make it so he had +movement speed and invis breaks on dmg taken, or done to demigod.)
What are your thoughts?

Throw absolutely could not stay in the form you have listed. Late game with a +melee damage ability your DG would be breaking 600 damage easily on auto-swings, perhaps even higher, meaning it'd be a 2400+ damage STUN that restores mana at high levels. Way overboard.
Also your final skill on the +autoattack damage has nothing to do with the skill itself... I know reg's are a little random, like the final point of snipe, but I don't feel they're quite THAT random as a summoned unit at the end of an autoattack enhancing chain.
I don't think the sand wall should reflect mine damage as they're more of a summon than a direct damage attack. On this ability would the DG take 100% damage and reflect 50% or take 50% and reflect 50%?
On the +health life steal thing, I think it'd be neat if it were a locust swarm, since that's a stereotypical Egyptian plague, only problem is the passive +health wouldn't make sense, but maybe it could give % life steal on attack and then a small, persistent AoE effect which drained health?
Also lemme add that I disagree with the guy who says DG needs to be greek, I really like the idea of bringing in all sorts of pantheons/mythologies.

Even if auto attack while running away was 5-10% it would still be cool, and worth the uniqueness to balance it.
Wasnt sure where to put summon so i just stuck it there.
The DG/s auto attack would start out lower then any other demigod, yet have a faster attack speed to make up for his very low dmg ( if he had low melee dmg and attack speed). I wrote this somewhere near the top of the post.. had the throw ability in mind.
The throw stun is less important then just a .1 sec interupt, so i could throw that out, and the mana % would need to be balanced a bit.
I like the ideas they should really make a guy like this.
Yah mabye, i can see where your comming from. The idea was to have throw be the only scaleable ability.. so that it is good from lvl 1 to level 20+ 2hr games. I think it could be done.
Why does he have 7 active abilities? Why would calling an ally to you be used without griefable? Why would anybody want to take scarabs?
He has 7 abilities bc im not GPG and i threw out some ideas
Bc it would have a limit to % of health so you cant summon below x %
Scarabs do dmg and heal you
