How do I skin the taskbar bubble/hover over text?

(Using SkinStudio 4.3.0 on XP SP3)

Hi, I'm unable to workout how you change the text colour/background colour of the bubble that pops out of the taskbar/system tray. Could someone shed some light on this for me? I believe the setting is also used for the text / tips that come up when you hover over an item.

Also, I'm having problems reducing the text size in a couple of places:

1. I'd like to be able to change the size of the font in the start menu (My Documents, My Computer, Control Panel etc, not the All Programs popout menu).

2. Although I can change most fonts and their sizes, I can't seem to find the one that changes the text in windows explorer (folder names etc.)

Probably easy questions for the experts out there, so thanks in advance for the solutions!

Version 4.3 is going back a bit but...

You can change the bubble color and text. There is a specific setting for this. I just don't remember exactly where and I obviuously don't have such an early version....but it is there.

1& 2- Those fonts are changed in the font preset section. Chenge all the preset fonts to the desired font. IMPORTANT: All the preset fonts must be set to a negative value. In other words, the font should be -12 and not 12 or it will break the skin. Actually, you will find that a -10 sized font will equal the size of a +12 font.

Also Important: You have to reboot to see the changes.

You can change the bubble color and text

It's called a 'tooltip' and in SKS6 you can change the color for it in the 'change skin colors' section. I'm have no idea where that would be in your version, but you can look around for it.
