This is the final installment of the Demigod documentary which is a behind-the-scenes look at the development team at Stardock post-launch of Demigod. This video features more talking with some of the game developers about Demigod, and if you watch closely enough, you will see some sneak peaks of the upcoming game, Elemental: War of Magic.
In case you missed the other videos:
As always...very cool!!
Keep em comin!
Stardockians are the best people around! And yes, Brad really is that kooky Isn't our Ashley adorable?!
Yes she is!
Wow, an amazing video series for sure! I'm really suprised that a company would put out such a detailed report on their bug fixes. Elemental looks awesome....it sounds a bit like Hinterlands....very cool. Keep up the good work Stardock!
respect to all stardockians who stayed behind working on our game we all love!
that was the patch which allowed me to actually start connecting to people, ALL YOUR HARD WORK HAS PAID OFF!
nice work guys. and elemental looks awesome.
She sure is...
I'd like to thanks Stardock for these views inside the office... These three movies were very interesting to see...
Yay, someone is working on Elemental.
Finally, the conclusion of the bees incident!
Thank you Stardock!
So, what happened to that baby turtle? Did it get a ride to that pond?
cool
"Stardock's behive... Don't ask" Priceless
sooo excited about elemental... thanks for posting!
hey - the links here to pt 1 and 2 aren't working.
Dude... no offense first of all, the videos have been awsome but...
The quality of them has deteroriated over time... the first one was very planed and professional, the second one was sorta planned... this one was completely crazy... do you know what that means? GET SOME SLEEP! You guys are not in a sane mental state, PLEASE SLEEP!
She sure is. Reminds me of my own little princess.
Why is 'the impulse guy' working on a small table with 3 laptops? I assume it's a space issue, caused by putting more people in the office to get it fixed quick? Coding behind a laptop is very poor if you ask me, I get tired way sooner.
Maybe he can combine all three of the laptops on the table into one super laptop! He probably just didn't want to show off in front of the cameras.
"I'm two!"
"hey, do you wanna see a baby turtle and some bees?"
amazing video!
and what a beautiful girl!
also...I would say I pity you, but there is a price to pay for developing video games!
the turtle´s gonna be the new demigod! i knew it!
Just as long as they don't name him Donatello I'm fine with it
108 hour week?
Thats 15.5 hours a day, over 7 days.
In the Army I got 1 hour sleep over the same period.
So I don't really have any sympathy.
GET THE GAME WORKING!
Well, one of the problem with programming is that you can't put your brain offline. If you do that your productivity will be negative: you will surely spend more time to correct buggy code you have written during the night than you have spend to write it.
Nah leave it. On the internet everyone suddenly is a filthy rich godlike handsome looking guy that works 22 hours a day without ever making a mistake, while also helping poor kids in africa, owning a ferrari, having a supermodel as a girlfriend and ofcourse they know everything about programming bytecode and could code their own OS better than Windows in about 2 weeks and every problem they ever face is never their fault.
