Issue: when you give a command such as Pounce and the demigod is on the move, she now follows the demigod in an attempt to use ability BUT, if she has to turn 90 degrees, she just freezes in place and stay there. (eg on Cataract map, if i give the command while I am on the left lane and the demigod runs towards the center and she has to turn 90 degrees to follow him, then she gets stuck)
Now I somehow feel this is related to the previous bug fix....
Yup i can confirm that the stuck bug is not fully fixed, i only played 3 games since the update but already experienced the same bugs
Both the failure to use skill and the issue with moevement tracking ( your dg going in an arc to attack another dg only to turn 90 degrees and start chasing them ... )
I can confirm this bug. From my observation: it is not the fact that the target is off to the side. The problem appears to be that when you start following the target, if the target changes direction. Like they were going East when you started chasing but then turn north, then you will travel to the point at which they changed direction and then stop moving.
I've fixed the bug in the lua code and am sending it to them. When they fixed the sedna bug, they chose to use a different implementation than my bugfix, which is understandable since mine was not the most optimal. While in there, they "cleaned up" a bunch of other code. Unfortunately, they threw out some important code in the chasing routine during their "cleaning"
double post due to horrible forum performance upgrade!
I had a situation that my Erebus wa not responding to a move command because he was still tracking a demigod to bite.
So until he bited he was not responding. And was killed because he wandered into enemy lines....
ignore this
Same issues. Me and my friend have played and gotten the issue.
Same as the olden days though, move command first fixes it.
I have noticed the DG turning to face the other a little slowly and then use the ability sometimes, so it's still an improvement.
My sedna often just stops when moving.
Nothing quite like just losing an enemy DG at 90 HP because your Sedna stopped to take a break!
