Earlier in my day (18th of may) i purchased Demigod and Twilight of the arnor in a Digital download. My first problem arose when i noticed my card had been double charged for this purchase so i opened a support ticket about it. Shortly after that i realised my Email account was spelt wrong. (i put @homtail.com instead of @hotmail.com). after waiting afew hours (i live in Australia) i got 2 Emails from sales wich was 2 serial keys for Twilight of the arnor but nothing for demigod. i logged into impulse and saw Demigod was in there as avaliable already. i have constantly updated my ticket to support whenever something has changed. i then logged onto my account here and saw i have not 2 but 4 copies of twilight of the arnor registered to my account that i do not recall purchasing and do not have charges for. I then noticed that the email registered to this account was changed to *my email*@homtail.com.
I was just wondering if there are moderators on here can i have my Email clarified that it is @hotmail and not @homtail? and where the extra 2 copies of twilight of the arnor came from. and also what the status on a refund for the doube charge to my card is?

I've taken care of your issue. I fixed the typo in your email address and refunded the duplicate orders. Keep an eye out for those refunds to appear on your credit/debit card account in the next few days.
