This is a total conversion mod, so the TEC, Advent, and Vasari are no longer playable
The Colonials and Cylons are now playable races

Well you can release what you have and once you have this 2 things you can release it as patch
(As long as the release contents cylon new toys )

Yes, the cylons will be getting some new stuff to play with I'd rather not do a patch if I can help it, just get every thing in one release, but that's looking less and less likely.
Ok, I know that a while ago I said that when I start posting pics that I'm close to a release... that might not be 100% true I just want to post a pic to show something off, and it does not necessarily indicate an upcoming release.

It still has some issues with being team-colored. In both of those screenshots team colors are disabled. It shouldn't take too long to fix though.
The Boomer Class Base-star is a nasty piece of work, but nasty in the best possible way can't wait to see more it's looking so awesome.
Which weapons will the Battlestars use now in the new version?, missiles too like the old version? or will they use now primary cannons?

Is this mod compatible to the classic sins? or only for entrenchment?
Right now, it is Entrenchment. The next version will be on Diplomacy, though.
You probably could have just read the original post and how it says it is for 1.051 of Entrenchment just below the logo.
would it be possible to give the jupiter battlestar the ability to function as a factory? like starbases and normal factories?

It isn't possible to add that functionality to ships, either frigates or capitals.
