1. I'm apparently completely blind, but I can't for the life of mine figure out how to talk to all. Pressing enter or the chat-button defaults to talking only to allies.
2. I can play Pantheon games just fine (and get my posterior kicked, thank you very much), but when selecting multiplayer skirmish I always end up playing only with and against AIs. Is this a common thing?
3. Favour points - I realize that they are somewhat buggy at the moment, but when fixed, are they supposed to be earned individually for each demigod or are they a common pool. Same question on favor items then. And also, can you have more than one favor item (for a given demigod)?
Thank you in advance! Loving the game.
Hey, no problem, lets see if I can help ya out.
1.) Simply hitting Shift + Enter will give you an "ALL" chat option. So instead of just hitting Enter and then typing which then defaults to "Allies" you need to hit Enter & Shift at the same time.
2.) Skirmish works a little better then Pantheon overall but currently they are having a problem with the connection issues and this reflects itself in Skirmishes and Pantheon games. You arnt the only one having issues with getting matched up with A.I ... just the other day I got matched up in a 5v5 with 4 AI Allies and 5 AI Enemies. Stardock is working on fixing that as well.
3.) Favor Points are universal, as in, non-dependant on the Demigod you choose. They are designed to be earned after accumulating a certain number of favor points, and then spending them in order to purchase the item. You lose the favor points that where required to buy the item. You can eventually unlock all the favor items by playing a bunch of games and buying them when you can, but you cannot (currently) equip more then 1 favor item.
Hope that helps, any other questions, dont hesitate to ask. Most of us here will be willing to help ya in anyway we can. If you want to get some games in online, and I can give you some tips or pointers or just for fun. I am usually on all the time. Let me know either on here or a private message and I'll hop on!

1. It's shift-enter if I recall correctly. No idea if the game tells you, I just happened to try it from that being a similar key combo in other games, so no worries about not discovering it yourself.
2. No idea, haven't tried Skirmish much myself. Custom games tend to be full of actual people most of the time these days, fortunately, so it's probably worth your while to try them until the auto-matchmaking is better.
3. You earn your favor points individually that are listed at the end of the round, the other DG's earn what's listed for them. You can "have" multiple favor items in one sense--that is to say, once you unlock one by purchasing it, it's yours forever (in a working system). However, only one Favor item can be equipped per game.
Some other helpful hints that aren't obvious at first: you can attack move by using alt-right click if you want to (although I haven't seen too much use for it yet.) You can center the map on your Demigod by double-clicking your portrait in the middle of the screen, single clicking selects your DG. If you hit C it brings up a list of stats for your character, mousing over the individual items can give some handy information, for example mousing over your damage calculates your DPS (Damage Per Second) for you. Quite useful for comparing various items and such.
And don't feel stupid--it took me about five days before I realized there was a second tab to the Favor items menu, and some people still haven't noticed that. Unfortunately this game's lack of tutorial and "uncluttered" UI mean that a lot of info can be overlooked, especially if you're just trying to dive into the action!
Hope you enjoy the game!
Thank you guys! Certainly cleared up a lot.
