Astral Healing(Active)(4 levels)(2 secs CT): With the Power and knowledge of the astral planes Barton Increases the teams healing ability. All ally in a 30 yard radius gets 25/50/75/100 hp regen for 10 secs.(100/200/400/800 mana)(22 sec CT)(Level 4 gets and aditional 400 instant healing)
Karmas Gift(Active)(5 levels)(Instant CT): Barton Uses his karma and transforms it into the physical plain. Targeted Demigod Gets 5/10/15/20/25% aditional damage mitigation for 10 secs, also the enemy will recive 5/10/15/20/25% of the damage taken. An Aditional Random Buff will be granted with a 3/6/9/12/15% chance.After this ability being used on someone the targeted ally becomes inmune to this ability for 6 secs.(100/200/300/400/500 mana)(9 secs CD)
Aditional buffs can be:
* Cleanse All Abnormal Status
*15% Atack speed Increase for 10 secs
*15% movement speed increase 10 secs
*Atack Becomes AoE for 5 secs
*50% armor increase for 5 secs
*Gains +25 hp and mana regen for 5 secs
*Becomes undamed by spells for 3 secs
*All Spells do 50% more damage for 3 secs
Karmic Retribution(Active)(4 levels)(3 secs CT): Barton uses his karma to damage the enemy and gives them negative effects. Barton Damages Targetes Enemy Demigod for 200/350/500/650 and haves 15/30/45/60% of affecting the enemy with a negative effect.(100/200/300/400/500 mana)(5/10/15/20 karma)(10 secs CD)
Aditional debuffs are dependant on whether you have or not some abilities at certain levels:
Power of Karma (lv 1)
*If you kill that enemy you get double karma, this effect lasts 20 secs.
Astral Healing (lv 1)
*If you kill that enemy you get 10% of his total life hp, this effect lasts 20 secs.
Astral Healing (lv 3)
*If you kill the enemy you and all your allies in a 20 yard radius gets 10% of his total life as hp , this effect lasts 20 secs.
Karmas Gift (lv 2)
*if you kill the enemy demigod you get the same buffs he had at his death for 10 secs, this effect lasts 20 secs.
Karmas Gift (lv 5)
*if you hit the enemy demigod with a critical you get all the buffs he posses for 10 secs also you dispell al his buffs, he cannot get buffs for 5 secs after this effect, this effect lasts 10 secs
Karmas Negative Side (lv 1)
*Enemy recives an aditional 5% damage from each atack, this effect lasts 10 secs.
Negative Karma Wave (lv 2)
*Each time the enemy demigod affected by this ability is damaged, an AoE explosion will be created of 50% of the damage taken (the demigod is not affected by that explosion, only creeps, DGs, minions and towers around it), this effect lasts 2 secs.
Condensed Magic Bolt (lv 2)
*Enemys Atack Speed and Damage are reduced by 10%, this effect lasts 5 secs.
Knowledge is Power (lv 3)
*Enemys armor is reduced by 90%, this effect lasts 2 secs.
Karmas Negative Side(Pasive)(1 level)(Requires Karmic Retribution Lv 4): Karmic Retribution does an aditional 150 damage and negative effects last and aditional 1 sec.
Negative Karma Wave(Active)(3 levels)(1 sec CT): Barton sends an expanding wave of negative karma and thoughts dealing 300/400/500 damage to enemys on the way, also enemys recive aditional 20/70/150 damage for each positive buff or aura they are under and aditional 10/30/70 for each debuff or negative aura they are under.(200/600/1200 mana)(13 secs CD)
Condensed Karma(Pasive)(3 levels): Abilities Use 10/15/20% less Mana.
Condensed Magic Bolt(Pasive)(2 levels): Bartons condensates his bolts more before firing.Barton gets 5 extra damage for each 100 mana he currently posses also barton gets -15% atack speed.
Knowledge is Power(Passive)(3 levels): Bartons Knowledge of anatomy, contruction, etc gives him the ability to know the enemys weak spots giving him a 5/10/10% chance of hitting for a critical strike of 2.0x damage also Barton gets -20/20/15% Atack Speed.
It is oficially 4:57 when i ended this thing so excuse me if theres not enough consistency, or if there are some errors, just post them and ill fix them, so, Comments, suggestions, criticism? and did i forget something?
Overall I think it is good but I think both Condensed skills are way overpowered.
So first, the overpowered ones IMO
Condensed Magic bolt, permanent 50% attack boost while it is so easy to make up for that -15% attack speed decrease. I think any atk % + that is permanent shouldnt be higher then 8% when capped ( which with base dmg at lv 20 is about 40-50 extra dmg dependin gon the demigod).
Condesned Karma has no negative, allows for much more karma and lowers cooldown? This makes Karmas gift spammable on the same person (6 second cooldown will allow it be useable right when the person loses immunity to it.
Knowledge of power extremely, extremely overpowered. 20% crit for 2x the damage at an extra .2 seconds per attack? (which one mage slayer completely negates). just get rid of, now character (especially a support) should have a passive that gives crit chance.
Ok next, the effects under Karmic Retribution. The astral healing ones are good, same for karmas gift. Knowledge is power effect, way too good. Cause a enemy from taking 300/hit to 700 just because? and for 5 seconds. lower it to maybe 25% armor reduction. The condensed magic bolt one is good.
Other then these, this is a great idea for a support character. Maybe just lower his attack range a bit (regulus starts at 16~ and capps at 20 or 21). Hope you liked the constructive criticism, great idea just needs some tweaking.
yeah i gues you might be right, i just wanted to it to be diferent to rooks god strentgh, ill just have to fin another way, and you know what i think i got it, ill edit and see if you like it.
I guess you are right on the cooldown, it might be too much, but i was just trying to diversify.
yes it is, that happened because i didnt check the normal crit items before posting it, but i think ill teawk and keep it, cause what im trying to do is make a support character that can do a lot of damage with auto atack.
Actually 2 secs, 3 if you have karmas negative side, about the armor reduction, considering normal armor i would say that a 90% armor reduction will eliminate and avg of 30% damage mitigation or something like that, ill check it out and see.
My bad again i just didnt want to open the game, i was looking for the range in wich he can atacks towers without being atacked.

The changes are great man it is a shame we can't mod, this would be a great support character. The changes were good especially COndensed Magic bolt, didn't expect that kind of change but have one question. If its 5 per 10 karma, if there is a low cap on karma then maybe the # per 10 karma could be raised. Not sure how your going with the karma system though as you haven't updated that part.
well i will update karma tomorow, but maily karma will work in a way that you gain it by doing actions, there will be 2 types of actions, collective and independent, collective are like capping flags in wich he wins karma even if an allie caps the flag, and independent are something like creep killing, each creep giving diferent amounts of karma, but im trying to balance it so in mid game you ahve an avg of 100 karma at all times, i mean that you can easly get that amount with much trouble.
Also im still not convinced on the ability, i mean barton is all about using his karma and that passive ability is about keeping it so it might be useless especially with that -15% atack speed. Actually i got an idea, i will think abou it and make the changes tomorow.
When he reaches level 20 does he attain enlightenment, transcend the karmic cycle, and become a Bodhisattva, dedicated to his never-to-be-extinguished desire to save all his fellow beings?

I think this is a good idea... except I don't like his name. 'Barton' just seems kind of generic, seeing as he's an ancient god wielding spiritual force (which is a really cool concept). What about something with a Sanskrit influence, seeing as that was the language of ancient India when the concept of Karma was created?
Some name ideas:
"Samsara": Karma is the energy which drives Samsāra, the cycle of suffering and rebirth for each being.
"Naraka": Naraka is the name given to one of the worlds of greatest suffering in some Buddhist cosmology (i.e. it roughly translates to "hell")
As you can see, those words are actually related to Karma and just sound really cool. If you didn't want to use real words, you could always just alter them slightly... they'd still be better than 'Barton'. No offence hehe
Good ideas man, i actually forgot abut this thread sometime ago, but since its getting some post again i might retake it, and i know the barton thing im just very bad with names.
Yeah I wouldn't forget about this guy if I were you, I think it's pretty cool, and an ancient mage-looking character would add a nice change to the characters in place I reckon.
Do you think they would actually implement karma as an alternative to mana though? I'm guessing the karma would have to be displayed on-screen somewhere.
yeah well i can be just a simple number in over the picture, idk they might, after a couple of demigods they will start mixing things up, if you check actual demigods they are the basic of the basic in terms of characters, and in the new demigod concepts you see the new demigod seem to be support with never seen abilities, what i say that they will find new ways of bringing unique demigods and putting a new usable resource shoiuld be very good idea.
im not going to forget it, but i seem to have lost the inspiration, all the ideas i come up about how to gain karma seem bad, i will need to think about it a little more.
Multiple types of mana are a bad idea, especially since karma will always be the limiting factor when casting. It'd be better to just replace basic mana with karma. While you're at it, you may as well scale it up and call it mana.
I'm not prepared to comment on the ability design, but ditch the gimmick.
nah i like the karma thing, what im trying to do is not create a standard demigod, im trying to create unique demigods, it might be bad but the 2 demigods ive created, ive tried to make them diferent.
I don't think replacing mana with karma would be that radical. If they do want to mix things up it could just add a different feel to the character. I think I read that Blizzard is doing that with D3, the Barbarian is using adrenaline or something instead of mana and the orb is a different colour. If GPG did things like this it'd allow them more creativity with their characters... who knows.
The problem with replacing that mana for another thing is that at the end is the same mana with a diferent scale or rules to regen, so a third resource will make things a little interesting, but it will only work for that character.

It seems like the third thing is going to:
a. make mana pointless if it's not used or
b. make it hard to manage a character if you're looking at health, mana and the other one
Exactly. Either you need to replace mana with a new resouce that has a significantly different set of rules, or just scrap it and embrace mana. Karma as a mana replacement, to the extent the OP has designed it, is not different enough from mana to justify having its own type - and certainly not enough to exist as an additional type. On top of that, it renders all mana items useless. Serious consideration into the interaction with existing resource infrastructure should be made before proposing this sort of thing.
all off the skills seem to have low mana costs 3 are arround 600 final and 1 is 1200
600 mana is really cheap lvl 10 above
