Hi ya all!
Found out something... but may be you all know allready!
Anyway: Its a PROBLEM!
We all know that some People have Problems (ME included!) with greyed out Menues in Photoshop when its skinned by Windowblinds.
You simply can NOT access some features then!
Solution (but not 100% Solution... asd i found out now): DISable Photoshop from Skinning in the "Change the Look of an App!"-Dialog!
Well YES! It works then... but ONLY IF YOU START Photoshop BY ITSELF!
THEN its NOT skinned!
MY Problem for example is: In AcDsee you haver the Option to rightclick an Image and choose "Edit Image with....:"
If i do so (and i do it with EVERY IMAGE, cause its very very comfortable!)... Photoshop starts SKINNED!
UPPS! =o( OK....: I thought by myself: DISable AcDsee TOO... may be THEN the Problem is fixed! NOTHING!
The Problem`s still there!
Everytime i start Photoshop by its OWN... its NOT SKINNED!
Everytime i start Photoshop from within AcDsee... it IS SKINNED!
Any Solution??? Any Tip???
BIG, BIG Thanx!
Cause i don`t want to change my Behavior... cause its no wrong Behavior! I just want to open my Images from the Librarian, cause its a short, easy and comfortable way!
Just remember: I HAVE "Ignore this Application and do NOT skin it!" ENABLED!

I'm not sure of a fix but I do know a tech will ask you to go to system info in WindowBlinds,
Copy the info and paste here.
I think i know what you mean as i had this problem for a while - its one of the font colours and there are only so many colours it can be or it will make the photoshop menus blurry.
The skinner has to find the right colour - you could edit the skin yourself in skin studio and change it (its in the skin defined system colours - i think its called "menu text"
Change it to white and the problem s gone
I've seen that too. It has nothing to do with skincolors, because the menus are actually disabled. It only happened on some skins for me, but I haven't seen the issue in a while now. Make sure you run the latestversion of WB.
I have PSPCS3 and run into it with only certain skins. I alos have the drop down menus open but am unable to highlight/click on anything with certain skins. I have run into similar problems with Open Office as well.
The solution to your problem is in this post: https://forums.wincustomize.com/300022
The *workaround* is posted there.
Well put
