When you bring up this kind of question, I think you should deal exclusively with sales@stardock.com
You could download impulse and click on the in the right upper corner and put in the email you ordered it with. If the account is invalid there too, your recourse is via stardock.
I did download impulse, but my usename doesn't work. When I retrieve the information, I get the message I posted above. I messaged sales@stardock.com a year ago about this and didn't get any reply. When I go on stardock and enter my email to retrieve my serials, I get a shorter version of the message above with the proof I purchased sins, but no account information.
When I try with this account, I get my password and everything.
Read #1 more carefully. Put in the email you used to order with.
I did provide the email since this one is for spam collecting. Didn't get a reply.
Put the email you used for ordering the game in the place provided in Impulse after clicking the in the right upper corner.
If this does not work, on Monday email Stardock support. I have no other suggestions.
