I was outside today and saw the mountains covered in snow and thought I would start a thread on views from your house. Join in and show us your surroundings! Here is a view from my back yard.
Nice Jim!
Hey, where did the other topic like this go? it wasn't old!
Holy moly. When they foreclose my house I'm movin' in with you Jim. Really!
I WAS just about to take a pic, but my cats have killed ANOTHER of my neighbours hamsters and it's in the driveway
I took a pic of my neighbour's 'residence' from my own
I knew you were bad.
I'll take a real pic in a little bit, of the view from the back, there's a nice horse paddock there
Wow....what a view!
Jim, that's a gorgeous sight to wake up to...and in summer and fall it must be stunning.
Are you sure this isn't some kinda DX magic/voodoo?
I can't afford a view,PDJ. Can I use yours?
That's hilarious, TG!
Nope, just a view of the Appalachian Mountains from my backyard in Greeneville, Tn.
I can see Russia from mine...
You live in Canada? Or Alaska?
Indiana.
C'mon people, let's see some pics!!
At one time i could see Mt. Rainier from my back porch but know all i see are trees.
Nice photos Jim.
I wish i had a view to show. I can not even come close to yours.
My kid is TRYING to take one now , but there's a massive brown snake out there, and he's scared crapless , I asked him to take a pic of it, but it slipped under the fence, anyway, he's back outside taking a pic now
Pity brown snakes are poisonous, I woulda actually left the house to catch it!
Edit.. Forget it.. it's a hideous view, and the horses aren't there.
these were taken on different nights on the way home
from our public library i live 2 blocks away
thought they were great sunsets
no retouching taken with my cell phone
That top one looks like a brewing storm! Pretty.
Looking towards the north.
To the east.
To the east again in the morning one day.
To the south.
And to the west.
Beach is over to the left.
You live across from Conwy Castle? for real?
Sure do. Been here for 5 years.
Wow, man you have the most awesome view then!!!
Last September a herd visited me for my overgrown lawn - too wet to mow that time of year, soon be spring again here St Brigid's day Feb 2nd. They obviously did not know what I do to them and their ilk.
A week ago upon arrival back to Ireland from San Diego this was what it was like.
