Hi All!
I 've bought SR2-complete on impulse after choosing download and archive option the game was downloded to my backup folder (\Application Data\Stardock\Impulse\backup) 1.31 GB then i decided to install, but instead of installing, the impulse start to DOWNLOAD the whole game again!!
what's up with it? i really pissed off..wht's the point to archive if i can't install it and always have to dowload!
So my question is how do i install from already downloaded backup game? I down't wanna redownload cause my downloaad speed in impulse very low:(

awfull customer service i will never buy anything from Stardock/Impulse again!!!
This is a community forum . . you'll mostly get replies from other players rather than official support. If you want official support you should email support@stardock.com. And . . since they don't work on teh weekends . . you might have to wait for the week to start.
To your question:
To restore from archive, click on the orb in the upper left. Then click Restore archive.
