Amazing !!!!
What an awesome vid! Thanks!
Glad you liked it Ken!!!
Totally cool video, but what's the point, except for some ultra-rich dude to say he has one. You couldn't even wind this one up on the Autobahn.
I could imagine driving a car like this on highway US 19 here on the Florida west coast; one of the worst highways in the nation. I'm cranking it up to around 55mph and about then a 95 year old driver that is legally blind and deaf, and who gets his drivers license by mail, pulls out in front of me while he is leaving his appointment to be fitted for a new electric scooter. The Bugatti being what it is, swerves instantaneously, missing the old man by millimeters. This of course has just created the need for new trousers and a seat cleaning in the Bugatti whilst the elderly gentleman continues across three more lanes to the median and into oncoming traffic, missing everyone and parking in a handicapped designated spot in front of a "gentlemans" club.
Of course it is not practial Ed, except maybe on the *Salt Flats* where they test drive cars, or they did... anyway, I thought it was kool...can you imagine 10 radiators....if one had a leak, it might be like trying todiscover which bulb isn't working on a string of Christmas lights!! 10 radiators and 60 something else, but I can't remember what!!!
Beautiful car though!!!!
I know a bloke who has a Rolls Kanardly.... rolls down hills, can 'arldy get up 'em.
because they can.Original it was because Volkswagen Group brought them out and it was going to be a one off.
Seems you can buy them now if you have more money than know what to do with.
Actually i read they are building a lower powered version for the average driver. should start @ $60,000 US.
I've done 140mph in my Pontiac G8GT (6.0 V8 361hp). Can't even imagine 253. What I do like is the special key that transforms the car.
I understand at top speed the tyres only last 15 minutes...
But that's ok, they designed it so the petrol runs out in 12...
No, Angus, in the real world here in beautiful SW FLA (otherwise known as God's Waiting Room) he doesn't park in the designated spot in 'front' of the club - he mistakes the gas for the brake and parks 'inside' the club...
very cool
One did a few laps at Albert Park [the Aussie F1 track] earlier this year....I was on S/F about where the Bug was 'allowed' to open her up a little.....it took off about as quick as an F1 car does.
Aston Martin has an 'ultimate' car in the works that'll have a similar performance...
