after resetting the data under Preferences, Impulse updated itself and then the .37 build of Bootskin Pro is shown as available. I can't download it, though. Impulse says my registration info for that app is not valid.
I've lost Bootskin Pro also from impulse. I think I can safely say that this is the first time I've had any sort of problem with impulse at all. It was there earlier, Impulse downloaded an update for itself, re-started, and *poof* it was gone. Any idea'rs Zargon buddy???? old pal....old buddy!!!
I have the same problem with registration being invalid after data refresh. OD Ultimate subscriber on Vista Ultimate x64 here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you had taken a moment to check through the last 5 or so posts, you'd notice that they are aware and working on it.
And it's there now!
hehe........Maybe if I had just waited a few more minutes....A quick check for updates and "Poof" it's back along with all the other updates for OD 2009

After hours of trying I eventually got 1.00.035 however I still cannot apply anything I just get the same error about there being an error when applying
To re-iterate I am now on BSP 1.00.035 with Impulse 3.10.330 (images 3.10.174) (Build 942) an OD '09 subscriber, from the UK using WinVista Ultimate 32bit SP1
Agh! I just don't know when to shut up.
Sorry to say this, but the latest version is 1.00.037, but it probably won't help you as there is a known issue with BootSkin Pro and non US versions of Vista. You may be able to get it to work by setting the default language to US english on your vista ultimate though. I can't try it as I have home premium.
Many thanks for taking the time to help me out Zargon, my registration issue is now resolved, but I still can't apply a Bootskin. I have contacted support as you requested above.
Once again, thanks to you and all the Stardock/WC team for the help you've given in resolving everyone's issues.
So will this issue be fixed? There is a world outside of the us that buy stardock products too. Setting my language to us just for one app is a big no from my point of view, it should work out of the box, not a fudge to get it to work. This was suppused to be fixed for all English versions ...

jason4587 - Make sure you check for updates to Impulse. This should also pull down the latest product meta data. What version of DeskScapes does it say is available? If it's 2.50.X then you're on the right track. If you see it's 2.00.X you need an update.
skibadee - what's not working? can you describe what's going on?
there was an error while applying,thats what bootskin pro keeps coming up with on any of the themes I try to apply in the app 1.00.035 on impulse the version reads 1.00.037?
I purchased OD 2008 Ultimate (upgrade ver) I installed all the apps included Soundpackager using IMPULSE. Soundpackager installed and activated just fine, but when I updated to ver 1.1.0.025 now it is asking for activation again. Also IMUPULSE reads ver 1.1.0.25 is installed but when I check the ver in Soundpackager welcome screen, it reads ver 1.0.0.0. What gives? I tried to activate by using my OD ULTIMATE serial and I get this messsage: Maximun activations reached. I don't get it. I purchased OD ULTIMATE just a few days ago. I sent an email to tech support, got a reply that I send them the activation string. I did that I received another activation string, saved it as sig.bin and placed in the soundpackger folder, ran the app again and it keeps asking me for activation! All other applications are activated. I read somewhere here on this forum that the latest update for SP has a bug in the code and a new patch or update was promised for today.
