I read in the sticky post that Beta access with a preorder will close about a week after the 4th of september.
I guess that means that it should have closed on the 11th. However if I go to the preorder options on the main website, I am still being promised beta access if I preorder today!
Can Anyone confirm if Beta access has been closed, or if You are still able to get access if you preorder today??

As far as i know that should be the access for just beta 1.
Preordering today would grant you access from beta 2, that will begin next month.
I'm no official source, though.
unless i'm mistaken; beta 1 (there's several betas) has closed, but you can still pre-order and start using beta 2 when it comes out. after that, you'll still have access to future betas too.
so, pre-order Today. at worst you'll have to wait a week-or-two for beta 2.

This is a limited time offer. Signups for this cycle of the beta test close on Friday, September 19th, though the beta itself is ongoing. The "offer" is the chance to get into the beta if you buy the game.So until the 19th, if you get the game you go into phase1 of the beta.Elsewise, you'll have to wait until the second phase.
i got the same email as fR1Xi0n mentioned too. I think if you preorder you'll be in the beta until the end too. Not just be in this phase and not the next phases.
By "close" it is meant that we will return to queueing new preorders until the next phase. If you already have the beta, you will have access to subsequent betas and can continue playing right up until release.
On that note, we haven't closed beta 1 just yet (Sept 11 was the earliest we would have done so). So you can still preorder now and get into beta 1 if you have not yet.
