I think it would be great if when you clicked on a ship it would give a verbal response relative to their condition. If for instance a ship was getting slaughtered, they would shout " engines failing" "hull breach" or something like that. The first time I played COH and one of the unit's in the middle of a battle yelled " what the f...k do you want!!!?" I almost spit out my drink.....just an idea.
Cobalt - "where the hell did my sheilds go?"
Hoshi - "I dont care if you need to get healed, I need to get my next level.............oh wait this isnt WoW"
Kodiak - "Oh SHIT I left the rest of the Fleet behind."
Javilis - " I RAN OUT OF MISSILES FIVE MINUTES AGO!"
Marza - " One more word from you and Ima shove this Nuke down your throat."
Building on this - "...Oh, oops, I forgot. I AM the fleet!"
Hmm...what else...
Solanus: "Despite the appearance, I will NOT spare you if happen to harbor marine animals."
Jarrasul: "An Egg? That's what they refer to me as? Not that I MIND, but..."

the Advent would have a big problem with the animal graveyard effect wouldnt they?
Voices could also be used when abilities are used...

Kodiak " In pursuit" when intercepting
Tec scout " sensor deployed"
Cielo " sending you the coordinates"

I think the Flagship should say " BattleGroup on Station"

or at least break my computer by laughing so hard I fall out of my chair, frantically grab onto my laptop, and for some reason use it as a cushion for the half a foot fall to the ground.
