I have a 14 year old son, and this just gives me the creeps. I told him at 12 that I thought he was a bit to old for us to be kissing on the lips even if it was just a peck. I think you did the right thing Rad and I give you kudos for having the courage to do so.

You did the right thing, don't ever think otherwise. I hope the boys can get good counselling so that they are not left with the thought that any of this was their fault and can hopefully grow up normal.

Whew.....not a peep yet today! I did talk to the counselor and she told me that she called and set up the appointment. However, she did tell me that the letter doesn't define exactly what the appointment is about. Just that a copy had also been sent to the DHS and if she chose not to respond that the DHS would respond with a follow-up visit. I'll keep you posted. RAD

RadFX, Thanks for keeping us up to date. Sounds like your Counselor has a good way
of approaching this situation. Yeah, I would say goodbye and good luck to her. You'd always be wondering what she was doing with her kids and/or yours.
