from Stardock Forums
Welcome to the Fellowship of the Ring Empire Thread - The Sequel. :)

The old FotR thread was getting too big and it was taking too long to load the thread, thus this new one.

Since this is the first post, I will reproduce some of the more important links for our Empire.

The FotR Website : http://www.angelfire.com/rings/fellowshipgalciv

The FotR Metaverse Empire Page : http://www.galciv.com/metaverse/empires.asp?id=329 (use this page to join)

The Metaverse Review (Theoden) : http://metaversereview.joeuser.com/

The Galciv Blog (Ray) : http://ray.joeuser.com/

A big welcome to all from Ray the Wanderer.
Enjoy your stay here at the Fellowship Halls. :)

Funny, too, how you can finish a game as "good" at all after exterminating an entire species with 8 terror stars :)

I tried being a militaristic nasty last night in the game and found it hard after playing the "good guy spamming you with culture" for a while. I just did not feel like trying to take out the Drengin (my allies) last night. It would have gone on for a while so I took the quick way out :)

Well, some things do never change: history is always (or close to it) written by the winning side ;p
So I guess they can say whatever they want afterwards...

It seems like I cannot get out of here today.
Nice talking to you Terl!

Hello all. Sorry I've been away for so long. We had to take the baby to the hospital Wed. evening and I've been away from the PC for a while. Hope everything is going well.

Neat new medals. Hopefully, sometime I'll get that Gig/Maso in and get me a shiny new medal! :)

Only going to be online for a little while today, so have a great day!

I hope all is well and there is nothing serious.

I won't be on too much either...frozen pipes >:( I am leaving work early to try to fix the problem. No plumbers available for days and days. Stupid northeast and Canadian air masses >:(

I guess I should be happy I'm in Virginia. It was 22° F when I drove into work, but the high should get to around 38° F today! :CONGRAT:
