To enable the patch, please do the following: Steam Select Galactic Civilizations IV from your Steam Library list. Right-click and select "Properties." Select the BETAS tab. From the dropdown, select "Insider" and click Close. (if you don't see this option, restart Steam.) Steam should pull down the changed files; if you ever want to return, do the same as above but select "default." Epic Open the Epic Launcher Select "Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova - Insider's Edition" Install and play! Please note: The opt-in (Insider Build) is an early preview of the next update, and you might experience bugs or other issues. Important This insiders build is for English only! Absolutely, they do. It was a weekend release for the patch. They are most likely working away on corrections at this very moment. Stardock is very interactive, they were responding to issues on the discord site this weekend, as best understood

Yes, yes we do. We are actively working on the issues reported and believe we may have internal fix for the transport issue, but are still investigating to be sure

I have been reviewing the changes made to the Leader Trait Descriptions in LeaderTraitText.xml.
In regards to +10 Control "per turn", the "per turn" is wrong.
In the previous, see where <EffectType>Control</EffectType> is used?
Well, if it was +10 Control "per turn", it would be using <EffectType>ControlPerTurn</EffectType> instead.
However, ControlPerTurn is not used in any of the LeaderTraitDefs.
This is the exact details. The following in the red rectangle are wrong and are not "per turn". The only one correct is line 242 (influence).
