Could you give "Commanders" access to more ships? Possibly the discovered ships like the "Retribution" They just feel very underused with only 8 ships available.
I got 16 hours into a game as Baratok on Godlike difficulty. I just tried to load and it crashed before the game even started. I was really doing good on that game, and would like to finish. here is a link to the most recent save https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Pl0VB5f16X52apCyZXDO3_snZkyvU_I6/view?usp=sharing
If that saved game was from 0.70.274272 it's probably not compatible with the update (0.70.274685). There's no way to go back to 0.70.274272 since the non-Test version is still on 0.65.
Is the update on the other version of the game?
The update was to the Test version. The non-test version has never updated to 0.70. It will still load the 0.65 version which won't run your 0.70.274272 saved game either.
Well I haven't changed versions and I have auto update so I'm not sure what the problem is.
The problem is that EPIC does an automatic update to your game files when you open a new session once Stardock has posted a new version, but that doesn't update your saved games. They are only compatible with the older version of 0.70. There is nothing you can do to make them run on the updated version.
I just wanted to announce to y'all that I'm leaving. I'm getting a PS5 and I'm going to start doing some content on elder scrolls online and I am also going to start twitch. Whenever they put in the civilization creator, I'm thinking about creating an elder scrolls civ with Nirn as the home planet. I will probably do one more video on that.
I posted on discord but thought i should post in here as well - the 'toxic leader' event seems to pop up far too often and equally its affects seem to end up affecting ALL of your leaders - i ended up having to quit a game as my governors were all becoming disloyal from it! (i wondered why my planets were so unhappy!)
EDIT: wrong thread
Thanks for the support Tue. I'll eventually be back. when I return I will have learned more skills on how to be entertaining. I was champing on a game on God like and then a week and a half later an update made it impossible to finish. I guess that's why so few creators make content on games that are still in alpha. It can just get a little frustrating.
SSStreetFighter - Now I understand why you were so upset about losing that game. I totally agree that you shouldn't try doing content on an Alpha game, especially not Stardock. Even their Beta's tend to be fast moving targets. Good luck and please check in from time to time to see how the game is progressing. It looks pretty promising to me!
You should post here.
