1. New - Cannot select units. I have to hit the escape key before I can select units once again.
2. Long - Camera on Ice. After a "cutscene" the camera acts as though its on ice and will very gradually slow to a stop when you edge move the camera. This effect can be cancelled by right click and dragging the camera.
3. Long - Persistent audio clicking on the match summary screen in single player games.
I get no 1. too sometimes. Most annoying.
4. Long - Can't place buildings in places where they can clearly go, then later you can.

After the expansion is out, assuming it doesn't fix these, I think the Devs need to stop with new stuff for a while and put a couple of engineers on these control issue bugs to sort them out. Control is so important, you wouldn't release an FPS with glitchy mouse look, or where it suddenly wouldn't move etc., the same standard should be applied with this game's controls too.

Forgot about the orbitals panel switches off when a unit dies, making it extremely difficult to use abilities in battles.
