Anyone know how to open the command console in the portuguese keyboard? My windows 10 single language doens't give me the ability to change keyboard especifications.
Tilde doesn't work for me, and I'm having a hard time trading due to the diplomacy trade screen issue (can only give credits), I wanted to see if I could force give some planets to my adversaries...

I dont know if this will work, but can you use the 'on-screen keyboard' app that comes with windows?
Also have you enabled the console debug window out of game, it was removed in an earlier version and you need to re-enable it.
In steam go to > GalCiv3 Properties, and click set launch options under general. Then type "Cheat" into the window without the " .
The Virtual Keyboard didn't work either, I had the option but still in portuguese, I had enabled the debug windows previously, and nothing worked.
However your last suggestion worked like a charm. the key is <'> without the <> (apostrophe only) if I enable cheat in launch options.

Ahem, I've tried a lot of different things on the console, and still haven't found a way to flip the culture of my planet to some other culture, so anyone knows the correct command to it?
