What do you think?
The President issued his concern for cyber security in his State of The Union Address, and today the White House published a rough road map outlining areas to be addressed:
I’m interested in what you all think and have to say about this step which is very important to all of us on so many levels.
For instance, I see how government representatives are going to be talking with the big players, but I’m not sure who’s going to be talking to all of us, and how they intend to do that.
What are your ideas and what do you think is critical? Where is protection needed? Who’s going to speak for “We the People…”?

Absolutely right. You have to get licensed to drive a car, but kids? Hey! Have at it!
Nonsense. The people should have to prove they're responsible enough to have and raise kids. THAT'S the future of the world we're talking about.
, Karen.
... and 1 day the antidote stops working. Oh oh.
After 2 or 3 generations whos kids are going to actually do the labour if they're collage educated.
Not one person can actually think of the underlying cause of these issues. When did a family have to start earning 2 incomes to survive. When and why did wages stop rising even though productivity did rise. Why are we working 20% more hours than we did 30 years ago. All these points are leaving kids to be raised by pizza pops and MTV.
EDIT:
The Disappearing Male is a CBC documentary about one of the most important, and least publicized, issues facing the human species: the toxic threat to the male reproductive system. The last few decades have seen steady and dramatic increases in the incidence of boys and young men suffering from genital deformities, low sperm count, sperm abnormalities and testicular cancer. At the same time, boys are now far more at risk of suffering from ADHD, autism, Tourette's syndrome, cerebral palsy, and dyslexia.
Education is for yourself. What you choose to do with it is quite another thing.

Because people cannot save, and buy goods from outside the country and go into debt the dollar loses its value and you need more to buy less.
Not that hard to understand.

No. Parents cannot abrogate their responsibility to their children. Sorry. Parents are responsible until age 18 (that's law). After that, newly formed adult is responsible.
Job, work, relative value of the dollar are all reasons to put off childbearing/rearing until feasable and to complete education before doing so. It's up to the parents to enforce that.
There needs to be responsibility testing before conception licensure is allowed.
What's more important - cars or kids?
Inflation is caused by consumers and not by the money masters at the Federal Reserve? Couldn't disagree more. Look up the charts of money supply or total debt over time. The dollar has lost 97% of it's purchasing power the last 100 years. Consumers haven't caused that - inflating the money supply has caused that. Who inflates the money supply - the Federal Reserve.
For anyone interested please research what the Federal Reserve actually is. What you may learn may shock you. How a dollar is created and destroyed, it's relationship to debt, and fractional-reserve banking. Do you think the Federal Reserve serves the American people? The Federal Reserve serves its owners and shareholders - banks. Look it up.
On your other points agree parents *should* be responsible. However, your arguments there are simplistic in the extreme and completely absolve the architects of the current system of blame. The ones at the top (bankers) are laughing all the way to the bank (excuse the pun) while us peons point fingers at each other. That's the point Kenata was trying to make and I completely agree. We're chasing the almighty dollar (moving target due to inflation) and that's the way the ones at the top like it.
Well just too add the Government is also to blame for your kids getting ADHD, autism, Tourette's syndrome, cerebral palsy, and dyslexia, Obest
for letting the FDA to let the food manufactures put poisons in our FOOD ...Take these two here ADHD, autism for Example
it was shown that these food Colorings RED 40, YELLOW 5 & 6 and BLUE 1 added to food ARE linked to ADHD, autism
they did a study and removed those food Colorings and said it was like giving those kids an ADHD drug but without the side affects ....
end
now for the sweet cakes the ones that have that so called Cream Filling. Example of twinkie, oat meal cream pies, ho ho's, it goes on ..
they are NOT made with CREAM at all main 2 ingredients Lard and Beef Fat that makes the so called cream..
oh and don't buy the Tube Hamburger (Ground Beef) as it may be the one or one of the ones that has Ammonia added to it.. it could very well be other Ground Beef to as for it is the worst cuts of the cow it was earmarked dog and cat food. but what if we added Ammonia and Water and put it into a centrifuge, but what we can't sale it .. oh what you can cause the GOV. and the FDA says oh you don't have to disclose that you added Ammonia to it..
so it is not just the parents fault, some of it is
I see you espouse the Monetarist view. That's your privilege. I tend more towards the 'push-pull'. I do agree with your assertion about the ownership of the Fed.
If you think however that the bankers are responsible for what your children eat and how they exercise, then I'd say you really need to rethink that.
Parents sit at a table with children. Children look to their parents to be their heroes and protectors: Not to bankers. The parent's/parents' responsibility is paramount, both legally and morally. Can a banker say, "No. You must teach your child to eat ruffles (eg.) not celery."? Not by any stretch. You provide the celery. Don't provide the ruffles.
It is the parents' responsibility to provide healthy, nutritious food, a safe home environment, education and moral leadership as well as being the gender role model. While no one disputes this is a near impossible task, no one will dispute the validity.
@DC:
Those are Scientific findings from reputable researchers? Please reference them.
It is also the parent's/ts' responsibility to educate him/her/themselves as to food safety. It is the Gov'ts. responsibility as well as the manufacturer's to ensure food safety.
Again, all this is OT. The OP was about Cyber Security, not Parental Responsibility.
Look, I agree, food safety in America needs a major overhaul. But any time anyone proposes regulation on oil, food, medicine, or whatever, the relevent lobbyists just have to yell "socialism" and it gets gummed up in the wheels of power (regardless, it seems, of who is in control of what parts).
I'm pretty sure the hamburger scandal is genuine, and while I've never heard of the cream-substitute problem it sounds reasonable. But I remember reading an article (I think this is the right one) that cleared the synthetic dyes. In fact, that whole issue seems pretty implausible to me on scientific and chemical grounds: autism I know is the result of hard-wired alterations in the brain at a very early age, and I'm pretty sure ADHD is as well. Removing any chemical component after the damage is done should not reverse the effects.
these 2 was on the Doctors last week
this one was on the Jamie Oliver food Revolution
The problem here is that people place too much confidence in government and expect that its actions are civilian-centered, when in fact, no actions by the government of today benefit the people in any way.
Consider the threat.
Libya:
The US spends millions of dollars and sends military (ground, air and sea men) to remove a sovereign, non-NATO-allied leader, Gaddafi. What was the threat Gaddafi posed to US national security? None! His matter is a domestic one which was propagated by the NATO axis, pursuant to the Jesuit Agenda.
China:
Daily, China attempts to hack strategically significant areas of this country, eg, Department of Defense, financial institutions, energy sectors, etc., etc... And what do we do about that? Nothing proactively; just higher hackers to counter their hackers. We also send to China our debt to finance our wars and pensions; we send them our manufacturing. We also share with them technology in return for them to take more of our debt.
We must follow logic because always the results will lead to reason. Our "private" industries and corporations spend millions to protect their assets from illegal intrusion, and most technology that is considered "advanced" is NOT made public or made available for marketing... it is first tested and used by the US Military, which is funded by tax payers and by fake money printed by the Reserve.
The Fake House is full of bullshit. It always has been. Read the Constitution and see for yourself. Total BS.
The FDA:
Before the ancient Egyptians were conquered by the Jesuit Empire (Rome), there were natural, wholesome foods, and natural/effective means of oral hygiene, whereas today, dental visits are required once every 6 months due to the acidity and unsafe chemicals put into the foods/drinks we consume.
The Western industrial movement perfected the art of coronary artery occlusion and cancer related deaths. Yes, an art to depopulate. You read it right the first time. We are made to believe that food that is labeled "legal" and "safe" is appropriate for consumption, when really it is not.
Pull your heads out of your asses.
Politics is an illusion.
-.-
Um. Err...
Uh........huh.
Ok, I'm just going to back away slowly from that.
Not goin' there either.
I on the other hand, embrace what he said. You two (Scout & Uvah) think he's wrong in any of what he said?
I think he's right in the broadest terms, when he says that the government does not serve the people. But he also claims that Egypt was conquered by the Jesuits, when the Jesuit order arose in 1534 AD and Egypt was conquored by Rome in 30 BC.
He he he.....gotta love it.
"(Rome)" was what I had stated.
The Jesuits, headed by the Black pope, spawned by orders of the Roman catholic pope, are in control of global geopolitical affairs, economic & religious enterprises..and have been long before the "textbook end" of the Roman Empire..and are the ones responsible for having corrupted (if not authored) Islam as well.
When we think of geopolitical history, we are conditioned to learn the new labels taught to us, and we are made to assume that civilizations evolve and progress by seemingly random and sometimes "unfortunate" events. Empires, thus, come and go, languages evolve and new ones arise, etc., etc. Academe is a prized Jesuit enterprise.
When we think of these United States, for example, and we recall the lies taught to us by our grade school teachers about how and why this nation was founded, some of us will never see beyond that which was given to us as "fact" but then some do reach beyond those thought-parameters and see the actual truth of things. And when you see the truth, you will see that we, the USA, the entire western hemisphere for that matter, is Rome.
Rome is eternal so long as worldly mechanics continue unchallenged. Jerusalem is the archetype image of the kingdom of heaven on earth. Its numerical value in Hebrew is 1146 (365 x pi). At the time of the Israelites' conquest of Palestine, it was called Jebus, meaning threshing floor; a reference to crop circles. Imagine a Rome Emperor as Pope in Jerusalem. This has already happened. And it will happen again.

Now who can argue with that?
