A tradition of sorts that we have here at WinCustomize is a Community “graffiti” Wallpaper that WC members put their tags on. One of our last ones is posted below. This is a perfect time to start another one (thanks to Lantec for the reminder), and so we shall! This is a great way to get some community interaction going, and lets make this the best so far!
We will set the release date for sometime in mid-January. Tags should be submitted by December 31st.

I like # 1 myself.
I was holding off on the dream until the wall was picked but now I'm considering going with a hybrid dream so it may not matter as much about which background is used since it can be changed easily.
I could also include all of the backgrounds and give the user the ability to choose which ever one they want.
Any opinions? Would you like the ability to change the background on the dream?

You can delete an image once posted by going into edit on the post click image press delete(on keyboard) then save edits.
or delete the image from imageshack
Can but I find then get message posted because it cannot be found so I like to delete it on post then Imageshack.
Easy. Put your background on a separate layer under the text. Then when you're ready simply turn off that layer and poof ... no background.
with PSP the text, when applied, is a selection. save the selection (text) to the alpha channel and save as a png. when displayed only the text will show. (not sure about photoshop text)
I did mine in Photoshop. I always keep the background on a separate layer. This way I can turn it off as I work to view the image, create the buttons and other graphics ...... helps a lot. Doesn't matter if its text or not.
Example: First screenie is with background. Notice the bottom right where it says layers. The 'eye' is on.
Second screenie is with the 'eye' or background layer turned off.

Driving to work in the dark part of the morning the other day, I noticed a graffiti covered wall with overhanging lights shining on it that looked pretty darn cool. Made me think about the ole WC wall and wonder why no one did a night themed background with a lighting effect. Or maybe I just forgot to take my meds....never mind...hey, Uvah, over here!
I found my original from last year.
Now that sounds interesting, maybe a wall that looks like a roadside billboard.
D'oh....never even thought about a billboard but seems logical, Philly.
I made a brand new sig, more fitting for the wall. I would like to be included in the community wallpaper please.

I like wall number 5. All of them are very well done but I agree some are just too busy.
