No, I don't think Sedna is overpowered, except for this one case. It was a 3v3 Pantheon game with the flag holding objective. All 3 opponents were Sedna, and there was basically no way to force them from their position. Talk about agonizing .
No. Citadel does 500 damage to you per attack on flag mode. You have to rely on the minions (cats/giants), but whatever you have your opponents will have too.
maybe you should just curl up in a fedal position and wait for your demise. I am sure this situation wont happen often especially since the sedna players had to be decently skilled to accomplish what they did.
Heres your problem. When your opponent gets too farmed up, they tend to get hard to kill. Sedna, is a god with move speed and heal spam, and CAN be unkillable, if you allow her to be. If you had played the early game correctly perhaps, they wouldnt have leveled as much, or farrmed as much to be so unmovable and quick. I know exactly what you're talking about, and I'm pretty sure I know how to beat it as well.

I haven't played against it so I'm not sure, but if they are just standing on flags healing each other and are all specced for healing, I would expect it to be easy to upgrade units and take out their citadel. It'll end a domination game too

Three Sednas on domination is hardly common enough to make a noticable dent in the statistics.
Good Sedna cant be beaten with UB in 1v1. It needs 2 DG's to beat 1 Sedna. It's imba for sure and should be nerfed. Those url ( http://pantheon.demigodthegame.com/demigods/ ) means nothing. Just try to beat any good Sedna with UB and U'll understand what i'm talking about. I'm sure no UB player can beat her in 1v1. And that's imba for sure.

Stop relying on spit for everything.
Multiples of characters can be imba, depending on situation. Sedna's no different. Not much can be done about it, it's just the nature of the beast, some DG's are better at holding flags, others are better at attacking creeps others still at killing DG's or structures.

Dont understand how people can interrupt her heling with Foul Grasp. There's too little time to react @ her healing animation.
Anticipate it. You don't always get it right but do it even once and you might even be able to kill her.
Shadow is right there, if you anticipate you have a good chance. Its pretty easy against poor Sedna players, actually, since you control the circumstances that make her cast it. In a game between good players though, it becomes an interesting mind game of Sedna trying to mix up the timing on her heals and UB trying to guess the timing correctly. On each try UB has a relatively low chance to get it, but even a single correct guess can doom Sedna.
Sedna in a newbie vs newbie game is a very overpowered class, her heals can't be interrupted and no one can focus damage to kill her.In a pro vs. pro game however she is in constant danger from classes who can stun properly, outrange her, and interrupt the heals. Being a melee class she has to commit to the battle as well, making her more vulnerable to slows etc.But yes, if you play regulus vs sedna 1v1 ignoring the rest of your team and walk right up into melee range to have a shootout its not that balance that makes you lose.

Interesting situation to think about though. I would probably encourage my team to use the Warlord's Punisher. Three of those firing will inflict some serious mana drain pain on the Sedna team. A Regulus with Mark of the Betrayer would also be fantastically useful against a Sedna team.
