Hello. I am creating a theme that looks very similar to Windows Vista/7. So, I want to ask how do I put a image layer or an Aero effect on the Window Titlebars.

I know I am being nitpicky but... It is lighter that the original with the default blend option, it squishes the image a little bit and because of that, the reflection looks thinner that the original. I also think the image is also tilted a little bit(???)

For the texture to appear correctly, you will need to cut your texture to the taskbar size and adjust the margin accordingly for it to tile properly.

All of that distortion is the result of vertically squishing and/or horizontally stretching the image. You'll get different results if you set the image to paint using tiling:
The image you posted in the OP is not particularly well-suited to be tiled, note the tiling seam in the titlebar of my image. You'll probably want to edit the image so that the right edge flows better into the left edge.
Also, on the "Image tab", you may want to set it to "Image Count" of 1 instead of 2 unless you have actually duplicated the inactive image underneath the active image, else the image will shift as you switch between the window's active and inactive state.

Well, maybe you can get it to look decent by adjusting the left and right margins (with tiling). It took me awhile, I just kept shifting the seam, but after I got them higher than I expected it might work. If you play with it long enough you might get something you like.

Thank you! I fixed the seam problem by editing the image instead of adjusting the settings.
But there is just one more thing... How do I move it with the windows? It remains static.
I don't believe, Windowblinds can do that.
