My emails are getting kicked back all the time, with the following message:
wincustomize@stardock.com (wincustomize@stardock.com) Your message was rejected by the recipient's domain because the recipient's email address isn't listed in the domain's directory. It might be misspelled or it might not exist. Try to fix the problem by doing one or more of the following:
For Email Administrators Directory based edge blocking is enabled for the recipient's organization and the recipient wasn't found in their directory. If the sender is using the correct address but continues to experience the problem, contact the recipient's email admin and tell them about the problem. To fix this they should resynchronize their on-premises and cloud directories.
BL6PEPF00020E66.mail.protection.outlook.com gave this error: Recipient address rejected: Access denied. For more information see https://aka.ms/EXOSmtpErrors [BL6PEPF00020E66.namprd04.prod.outlook.com 2025-09-07T14:28:08.654Z 08DDEDB9B06F32C3]
My email address is in the MSN.COM and/or OUTLOOK.COM domains. Why is this happening?
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, you're emailing Stardock for what reason? If you have specific technical question, you should use the forum to ask it and if its for account issue, you should raise a support ticket for it.
Thank you.Basj,Stardock Community Assistant.
Just to be clear, Stardock does not have customer support via email. Only this forum or a support ticket depending on your issue as basj pointed out.
Then why does Wincustomize have an email address for support on the help page? When that failed I did use the forums, It would seem.
If this email address is not valid it should really be removed from the Help page of the web site.
Perhaps those need to be updated properly. To be sure, I have forwarded your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience. Thank you.

It also mentions IRC so I think thats rather dated and needs updating.
The WinCustomize Help Center was last revised on 1/5/2010. This entire set of links should be eliminated, and a new section including relevant info should be created.
