Can anyone help me understand why some of the images that I have in the "Apply playlist" collection (all of which come from a desktop folder on my computer) that I'm using for the screen background "slideshow" effect are appearing upside down?
I assure you that on my desktop, none of the images in that folder are upside down, but about one out of every 5 get flipped when displayed by DesksScapes, as you can see in this example (I have 2 monitors). This seems to happen randomly, but I could be wrong about that. All I know is they all display upside right on my computer in the folder I keep them in, only getting flipped when using them in DeskScapes.

There are a lot of third-party apps that allow you to change the rotation metadata in a batch process. Just do a search on the internet, and you will find several.
...and yes, it would be helpful if this irregularity was fixed in the next release of DeskScapes. Basj has forwarded this issue to the Dev's for review and possible inclusion in DeskScapes, however, it's been at least a year since this program has been updated.
did not know about batch processing apps, so thanks for that info, I will look it up.
however, unless it somehow removing rather than editing the orientation info, then it will still be extremely time-consuming to turn it into a batch because I won't know which image files are displaying correctly and which ones are not without going through star dock rotation to see which ones are not displaying in the right orientation and then take that separate step of pulling them out to create the batch, right?
