As per the title, is it possible to connect to the Primary computer in KVM mode? Or could this feature be added in future please.
The Primary-Secondary computer dynamic doesnt make sense in KVM mode! No other remote control software like TeamViewer, AnyDesk or LogMeIn etc has this sort of set up, you can just simply connect to or receive connections from any computer you've added. Which is much better and more effecient.
I know its possible to convert a Primary computer to a Secondary one, but this is not a good solution as obviously you need to access the primary computer in person to set this up first rather than just simply connecting to it remotely and is needlessly complicated and inconvinient.
Really hope this is added soon. Thanks.

You are correct, a Primary cannot be connected to by another Primary. At this time, there are no plans to change this parent \ child relationship but it has been discussed.

Thanks for the reply Sean. Also secondary to primary doesnt work. Unless its technically difficult to implement I see no reason not to add it?! There could be an option to disable it for those that dont want it for whatever reason.
As noted no other remote desktop has this parent-child set up as it makes no sense in that sceanario. For Seamless mode it does as typically users are using their main desktop mouse and keyboard to control a second nearby computer, but in KVM mode its useful to be able to connect to and from any other computer in the network even those that may not be physically close.
For example, Id like to be able to connect to my main desktop computer (Primary) located in my office from my laptop while out in my workshop. But at the moment to do this I'd have to physically first come up to my computer and faff about changing it to secondary, then connect, then swap back over modes when I want to use it in Seamless mode again. Its very inefficient and a poor user experience.
So I hope you dicuss it again and reconsider! I love the software apart from this.
Thanks.
The 'reason' is that the pricing model is directly tied to what is the licensed product - in the case of MP, its the Primary.
But your points are noted, reasonable, and something we have considered for some time.
Thanks for the feedback.
I see. Although I dont think you'd have to get rid of the Primary computer dynamic completely (afterall it does make sense in Seamless mode!), just simply allow Secondary computers (or other Primary computers) to connect to it in KVM mode. So the licencing could still all be tied to the one main Primary computer.
Or you could make it exclusive to Buisness/Enterprise subscriptions as these already have a single license key for all endpoints - if I understand correctly.
Anyway thanks for the replies and keep up the good work
