I know for a fact that I purchased Start 11. And yet Stardock is telling me that the only Start menu software I purchased is Start 10. But I have Start 11 installed, and it's expired late yesterday. I have had it for at least 2 years, I think. I don't understand this. Did Start 11 become a subscription based software item? And if so, how do I get to my list of downloads so I can download Start 10 and get that installed. I do not want to purchase Start 11 all over again. Thanks! I did try at one time to download Start 10 from the list that I mentioned previously, and for some reason I was not able to, even though I was logged in under my new modified screen name.

Object Desktop is subscription yearly.
Sorry, but I can't answer all your questions 3java3. I'm outside the USA and have no access due to US banking law.
You can ask account questions here with a Support ticket. Save it's number and include the url of this thread. Don't resubmit as that will kick your to the end of the queue. It's Friday so look for an answer in the email linked to your account. Look in the "spam/junk folder", if it's not there Tuesday.

basj might have a better link, so maybe wait with the Support ticket til he sees this thread.
Try logging in with your old username 3java3 which is still active and go to https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products
See if Start11 is listed here.

Please use the "Ask a question" option and ask your question in there. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. "Invalid user name of password". I can't login to get to where I need to go. I used my old user name and password. SO I tried my email address. No dice. I try using my new revised user name, and I get a black page that says this page isn't working. I might just uninstall Start 11 and just use the default Windows 10 menu. I can't get in to my downloads that I purchased, and it doesn't matter if I try my old user name, or my new user name or my email or whatever.
Please raise support ticket so that support can help with your account issue.
I am a little confused. Start 11 version 1 is listed on my downloads that I have purchased. But Start 11 no longer works on my system. An activation key is given along with a start 11 download, but what would be the point? If I have to subscribe to use it, why is it on that list? I have no such issues with windowblinds 10, or curtains, or cursorFX4. Please clarify.
Apparently, Start11 version 1 is subscription based. I am told that my license has expired. Something has changed in the terms of use. I have been using it for 2 or 3 years. If it was a subscription it should have expired long before now. Kinda confusing. Guess I will redownload Start 10 and use that going forward. But CoPilot AI is telling me it's a lifetime license. Then why did it expire?? What Gives?
Account issues such as this will need to be handled as basj requested ...
Raising a support ticket is not intuitive. Instead of just sending a message to Stardock, in the Stardock help center or support area, I have to jump through the hoops of asking questions or hunting down where I can just send a message, which is not easy to find.
