I’m experiencing a recurring issue with Fences 6.x. Every time my computer goes into sleep mode and then wakes up (when the screen turns back on), the layout of my desktop icons changes. They do not return to the arrangement I had previously set, which is quite frustrating.
I already had this issue with Fences 5.x, and at that time, your support team provided me with a fix that worked perfectly. However, since upgrading to version 6.x, the problem has returned.
I would like to know if there is a similar fix or solution available for the current version.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do you have multimonitor layout in your system. If so perhaps you need to do the layout troubleshooting as mentioned in the first post of this thread: https://forums.stardock.com/528229/. It was from older Fences v5 thread but I do think it still should work on Fences 6. Please try and report back.

Hello
After a few days of purging and reinstalling Fence 6.x, it seems my icons stay in the same place when the computer goes to sleep and when it turns back on.
Great, really glad to hear that. Thank you for reporting back.
Hi , after one week i have again the same problem....
Hello,Sorry to hear you still having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall again. But this time after that and when everything is working. Turn the "Advanced logging" on. Refer the screenshot below. Carry on using your system as you normally do.
When or if the issue reappear. Please click on the "Create error report package". Just follow the instruction to submit your error report package. Support will look into it and see what is the actual issue.
