I click on "get it now" and i get $11.99...
Is marketing broken or "trap feeling setting" is on ?

Even inside the US the sales tax varies. If outside the US, varying currency exchange rates and fees vary.
Kynao hi. Looks like you're in France so the currency exchange rates and local sales taxes will alter the actual price for you.
Generally speaking if you were to compare the Discount offer price to the US with the Normal price and there was for example a 10% lower price then the discount equivalent should apply for you too.
Numerically...in US dollars it's not the same for you... it's not the same for me either as I'm in Australia ...

Marketing email should mention that by default and not announce a fixed price which is in fact different in each country or states.
