Hi there. Hope this is the right place to ask this. I want to get the Chat GPT software, which is a part of Object Desktop. That program seems to include the items I already bought. Is there any trade in or upgrade path or anything like that? If not, will having the other products separately hurt me in any way? Thanks for the help!
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe, you will have discount when you upgrade from Individual purchase to Object Desktop subscription. You can go to Object Desktop Product page and click on "Get it now" under the upgrade column.
Nothing will get change on your already own products when you upgrade to Object Desktop subs. Your purchased product will still be there in your account product page.
