What’s up with fastspring? I am getting a lot of emails about updating my account for stardock. I am also getting emails from ashampoo about purchases two weeks ago?
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. I think, it best if you ask question regarding account issue by raising support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. But you should able to cancel or pause subscription auto payment by using below step:
On your subscription page, click “Manage” and in the pop-up window, near the top right corner, click “Cancel Auto Payment” and this will turn off the auto-renewal. Please note that if you do not renew your subscription on the renewal date provided by the subscription overview page, your software may cease to function and/or no longer receive feature updates or patches.
